Anna’s Journey: Between Studying and Passion
Anna began her academic journey in pure and applied sciences at Cégep Maisonneuve before specializing in mechanical engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. Today, she continues exploring this captivating field with a particular interest in mechanical testing, an area she’s deepening through her internship at Laboratoires Micom, a material testing laboratory in Montreal.
From the moment she arrived at university, Anna quickly distinguished herself by joining Oronos, a technical society that revealed a new passion to her: mechanical testing. One can imagine her busy preparing and conducting tensile tests on carbon fiber – a task that awakened her interest in the precision and rigor necessary in this field.
